Powering Homes with Sustainable Heat: A Successful Transition
In March 2024, Elect Building and Maintenance partnered with a client in Liverpool to enhance energy efficiency in multiple residential properties. The project involved replacing 18 outdated Vaillant Eco Tec Boilers with advanced Samsung Air Source Heat Pumps. Working within a strict six-week timeframe, our team managed to complete the installation without causing major disruptions to the residents.
Our expert team meticulously planned every phase, from removing the old boilers to installing new radiators and reconfiguring the pipework. By dividing into specialized teams, we ensured that the project progressed smoothly, with each group focusing on specific tasks. This efficient approach allowed us to deliver high-quality results within the deadline, aligning with our client’s goal of reducing their carbon footprint.
The new heat pumps are not only more energy-efficient but also provide a sustainable heating solution that benefits both the environment and the residents.
